Dems, and Repubs out, Independence In

•March 22, 2018 • Leave a Comment

Number 45 aka DJT, is (was) a blessing in disguise.  A necessary evil, if you will.  If you are going to be a player, you have to keep your bitches in line.  Donald J. Trump is officially  kicked out of the players club.  This is no disrespect to the hard working women out there, but it is a notice to women who seek a man for what they can do for them.  We call this as a Ghetto Fabulist. Let me keep it real, if you voted for Trump and have a daughter, or wife, you’ll have no respect coming from this way.

If you call yourself a Democrat or Republican, you will also have no respect coming from me.  Your are programmed to one side with virtually no consideration for the other.  We call these robots, a man made android, programmed to do what it is told to do.  In the hood we call them pussies.

Vote these idiots out.  I’m not going into the history of Democrats and Republicans because they are pretty much the same thing.  Brown nosers, and ass kissers, (however I do give props to Rep. Cain).  We now have candidates who smoke weed, and are not ashamed of it.

Look I have never heard of Donald Trump until I watched a documentary called “You’ve been Trumped”.  He has no compassion for the little people, and you would know this if you watched this documentary. Yes, he did flirt with an attractive reporter there also.  Do your homework people.  It is time you quit labeling yourselves as Dems or Repubs.  Don’t become programmed any worse than you already are.

So let it be written.

Reality Check….Charlottesville, VA

“There can be no peace, if the people are not civilized”

What happened in Charlottesville, VA today should be no surprise to anyone.  Racism, hate and fear are on going problems in America. Why are we surprised? Whether Trump realizes it or not, he is the White Supremacists Movement’s new leader.

America first!  Build a wall!  No transgenders in our armed forces!  Don’t be too nice to criminals!   Ban the Muslims!  Limit Visa’s by half!  No sanctuary cities!  Deport the illegal aliens!  Lets make America great again!

This sounds like the first 8 bylaws in the KKK manual. They now believe they have a leader that has similar views as they do.  They now have a leader that is President of this country.  They now have a leader they believe is untouchable.  This is why their numbers and confidence are growing.

It is not important that Trump denounces white supremacists, or gives  kumbaya speeches. Trump is all about winning, that’s it.  What is important is what he does, after all, you can’t believe anything that comes out of his mouth. Donald Trump doesn’t care its our sons and daughters he is threatening to send to war with North Korea, just win baby.

Donald Trump’s behavior is very predictable, contrary to what many think.  He is 71 years old, so don’t expect him to change.  People don’t change, they either get wiser or remain in their own understanding of how things should work.  Acquiring wisdom usually comes after a price has been paid. Trump’s isn’t willing to pay this price, he has a wall to build  He was born in 1946, and financially set for life; how much exposure do you think he had with people of color back then? Does he have any people of color as close friends?  If not, how can we logically expect him to relate to the poor and people of color?  After all, he doesn’t want any poor people working for him, right?  Obama did say, don’t underestimate Trump, as he is currently surrounding himself with some of the most loyal people you can find, military personnel.  It is frowned upon for the military  to speak badly about the President or their country.  He may still shoot off his mouth, but Trump now has better sanitation people in place to clean up his BS and roll with his outbursts.  Slick, but not Presidential. The current “crisis” in North Korea is a calculated and controlled pissing contest, with both parties more interested in their image than being civilized.

“All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me – consciously or unconsciously. That’s to be expected.”  Donald Trump, the President of the USA

This protest was supposed to be about the removal of a Robert E. Lee statue.  Okay,  first of all, I haven’t seen any video of anyone anywhere near this statue. I also didn’t know that shields, sticks, poles, masks, civilians with pepper spray, and cement filled water bottles were necessary components in a peaceful march.  Strike one for the police.  As a matter of fact, the police were AWOL  when the violence first erupted.  Help me out here; if someone is wearing a mask, has a stick, helmet and a shield, shouldn’t that raise a red flag?  Couldn’t they have disarmed the armed before the melee started ?  If  David Duke, swastika flags, and the KKK popped up in you city, shouldn’t you be a little bit more prepared?

It’s pretty clear  the WS’s  were well prepared and ready for a battle. They were not there for holding hands and singing songs over a statue.

I need to make something clear.  I understand this freedom of speech thing, however some issues just don’t need our attention, like hate groups protesting the removal of a statue.  I have better things to do than go yell and holler at a bunch of idiots.  Your just adding fuel to the fire and giving them an audience and exposure.  If the anti-hate protesters stayed at home, how silly would the WS look standing around with their little shields and broom sticks?

One more thing about symbolism, this flag controversy.  This is the definition of a flag: a piece of cloth or similar material, typically oblong or square, attachable by one edge to a pole or rope and used as the symbol or emblem of a country or institution or as a decoration during public festivities.”   It is a symbol.  It doesn’t represent people who died for this country.  It is a symbol representing a country.  We may have 50,000 people pledging allegiance to a flag at a sporting event.  We all stand with our hands over our hearts, pledging allegiance to a flag and country that stole the Native American’s land. A country that enslaved other human beings.  A country which celebrates heroes of war, which requires the death of other human beings.  It is written we shouldn’t idolize any man nor any symbol.  Our allegance should be to our Lord, we should only stand for peace and pray for wisdom for our families and our leaders.  So let it be written….

History from the Hood

•June 9, 2017 • Leave a Comment

This is how it went down, through black eyes.

583c8ee3ba6eb620008b6738-1200

  • Red represents the Bloodites.
  • Blue represents Cripites.

The Bloodites and the Cripites didn’t originate from this country (The Hood), and at one time were all called “The Parasites”.  One day the Parasites were cruising the waters and came across a rock.  They figured this rock could make them some big money, so they decided to move in the Hood.  Little did they know they moved into the Home Grown’s turf.  The HG’s were cool people and invited the Parasites to peep their Hood and asked them to join them at the Players Barbecue.  The Parasites told the HG’s they would be there and told all their crew about the picnic.  After slamming down buffalo burgers and a little puff, puff pass, the Parasite’s crew did the first ride by in history.  The HG’s were caught slipping as the Parasites came through packing and started busting caps at the HG’s. Their land was taken, and most HG’s became victims to 187’s.

The Parasites soon learned just how big the Hood was and needed help coming up.  They rolled the dice and set sail looking for help.  They landed on a strange place called Draftrica. The Parasites realized the Draftricans were also not packin, they were in excellent shape, and lived similar to the HG’s.  Another easy target thought the Parasites. They would recruit the Draftricans by the thousands to build their Hood. The Draftricans were fast, agile, and feisty.  They were not an easy prey to catch, but were eventually trapped, chained, and blasted as they tried to run away.  They had no say in the matter  just got, got.

The Draftricans put in work to build up the Hood for the Parasites but didn’t get taken care of.  The were getting shorted on all the work they put in.  This would come back to bite the Parasites.  The Parasites were so pleased with their new Hood, they invited people from all over the world to come live and work in their Hood so they could tax that ass and make more money, more money, more money.  The population grew and the Organization was rolling, however more money, more problems.

The Parasites were constantly tripping on how to run the Hood.  One group felt bad about shorting the Draftricans and the HG’s so they called themselves the Cripites.  The other group was more interested in fattening their pockets and making others do their own thing.  They were called the Bloodites.  These groups then decided on writing up “The Truce”.  Since The Truce was drawn up by the Parasites, they would be the only ones benefitting from it, after all , they put in all the work acquiring the Hood from the HG’s. They then decided that a War Lord would be chosen every four years to lead the Hood.  The War Lord would have to go through The Posse and The Peons to get things done.  The responsibility of settling all beefs and keeping everything 100 would be a nine persons group called the “Old Skool Crew”.  “The Word”, or motto of the “Organization” was “Snitches get Stitches” (Posse Rule #9).  Their mission was “Sólo para miembros de blanco”.  A flag was raised with the Bloodite’s color being red, the skin color of the Parasite’s was white, and the Cripites color was blue.  Only Parasites living large could be the War Lord, a Cripite, a Bloodite, or on the OSC.   No women, Draftrican or any other crew or posse from other Hoods could hang out or be within “The Organization”.  All Parasites would be jumped in by majority vote but if they were on the bubble,  the “Nod Squad” could finagle a way which the popular vote wouldn’t matter.  The War Lord would have his own crib called “The Spot” and would be protected by the “Hater Negators”. The Parasites partied like it was 1999 in “The Spot”, but troubles soon arose.  One War Lord got busted for breaking and entering and another one was busted getting serviced with a shorty in the Spot’s VIP room. That was the birth of the A.R.C. the Act Right Crew.

The Organization had many beefs and wars with other Hoods and even among themselves that the people in the Hood didn’t understand. So the Draftricans and others from the Hood got tired of being dissed and started bucking. They started banging, protesting, burning down buildings, and creating mixed babies.  This infuriated the Parasites so they created a new group that hid behind pointed hats and trash bags to send a message.  The Draftricans and the Hood took some hits but the Pinhead’s efforts were futile as more and more mixed babies appeared.  The Organization decided to give in and granted freedom to the Draftricans and renamed them Homeys, NBAers and NFLers.  They cut in the Draftricans, women, and other Hood crews to jump in on voting and other things.

That was all back in the day.  Some things have changed but many things have not.  The Hood’s current War Lord is Bloodite “Dirty Donny” f/k/a “Nickel Slick Donny”.  Dirty Donny creeped in to being the War Lord with the help of the Nod Squad.  He’s a wanna be player with no skills and no game.  He used to be an unsuccessful slum lord until he made a fortune turning charity events into personal cash flow.  Dirty Donny has paper, and is known to come up short with his old lady, and can’t lay the wood like he used to.     Before he became War Lord, word is he was turning corners with the Frosties.  Now the Frosties aint been right with the Hood for a while now.  It’s said Dirty Donny went to the Frostie’s Hood and was hanging out with the “Snowman”.  The Snowman was providing Dirty Donny with some chicken heads to help him get laid.  The Snowman then dropped a dime on Dirty Donny’s activities to the “Informers”.   Back in the Hood Dirty Donny was causing beef in many other Hoods as well as his own.  Some of his crew were getting caught up f’ing around with the Frosties, especially “The Slug”, who hung out a few times with the Snowman’s main dog, “Jabba”  The Slug was in charge on of keeping the Frosties in check, but since he got caught up, he had to bail.  The Slug and Dirty Donny are now marks for not being straight up and keeping it real.  The Posse and Peons can make a move to take Dirty Donny out,  but there are more Bloodites in the Organization than Cripites. Dirty Donny has Pretty Boy riding shotgun in his crew. Now, Pretty Boy can move in as War Lord if Dirty Donny is found disrespecting the Hood, but dude has no heart.  The leader of the A.R.C.,  known as “Tree”, started getting into Dirty Donny’s Kool Aid.  Dirty Donny tried to butter his bread by treating him to KFC.  He then asked if Tree was down with Dirty Donny.  Tree told Dirty Donny he don’t swing that way and bounced. Tree started taking notes on this cat.  D.D. than began to blew up Trees cell, but the phone always seemed to be charging.  Dirty Donny then handed Tree his walking papers and your now up to date. I HOPE this helps you uderstand our history and how government works.   I’m out…

Comey s Written Statement With Trump

•June 7, 2017 • Leave a Comment

January 27 Dinner

The President and I had dinner on Friday, January 27 at 6:30 pm in the Green Room at the White House. He had called me at lunchtime that day and invited me to dinner that night, saying he was going to invite my whole family, but decided to have just me this time, with the whole family coming the next time. It was unclear from the conversation who else would be at the dinner, although I assumed there would be others.
It turned out to be just the two of us, seated at a small oval table in the center of the Green Room. Two Navy stewards waited on us, only entering the room to serve food and drinks.
The President began by asking me whether I wanted to stay on as FBI Director, which I found strange because he had already told me twice in earlier conversations that he hoped I would stay, and I had assured him that I intended to. He said that lots of people wanted my job and, given the abuse I had taken during the previous year, he would understand if I wanted to walk away.
My instincts told me that the one-on-one setting, and the pretense that this was our first discussion about my position, meant the dinner was, at least in part, an effort to have me ask for my job and create some sort of patronage relationship. That concerned me greatly, given the FBI’s traditionally independent status in the executive branch.
I replied that I loved my work and intended to stay and serve out my ten-year term as Director. And then, because the set-up made me uneasy, I added that I was not “reliable” in the way politicians use that word, but he could always count on me to tell him the truth. I added that I was not on anybody’s side politically and could not be counted on in the traditional political sense, a stance I said was in his best interest as the President.
A few moments later, the President said, “I need loyalty, I expect loyalty.” I didn’t move, speak, or change my facial expression in any way during the awkward silence that followed. We simply looked at each other in silence. The conversation then moved on, but he returned to the subject near the end of our dinner. At one point, I explained why it was so important that the FBI and the Department of Justice be independent of the White House. I said it was a paradox: Throughout history, some Presidents have decided that because “problems” come from Justice, they should try to hold the Department close. But blurring those boundaries ultimately makes the problems worse by undermining public trust in the institutions and their work.
Near the end of our dinner, the President returned to the subject of my job, saying he was very glad I wanted to stay, adding that he had heard great things about me from Jim Mattis, Jeff Sessions, and many others. He then said, “I need loyalty.” I replied, “You will always get honesty from me.” He paused and then said, “That’s what I want, honest loyalty.” I paused, and then said, “You will get that from me.” As I wrote in the memo I created immediately after the dinner, it is possible we understood the phrase “honest loyalty” differently, but I decided it wouldn’t be productive to push it further. The term — honest loyalty — had helped end a very awkward conversation and my explanations had made clear what he should expect.
During the dinner, the President returned to the salacious material I had briefed him about on January 6, and, as he had done previously, expressed his disgust for the allegations and strongly denied them. He said he was considering ordering me to investigate the alleged incident to prove it didn’t happen. I replied that he should give that careful thought because it might create a narrative that we were investigating him personally, which we weren’t, and because it was very difficult to prove a negative. He said he would think about it and asked me to think about it.
As was my practice for conversations with President Trump, I wrote a detailed memo about the dinner immediately afterwards and shared it with the senior leadership team of the FBI.

February 14 Oval Office Meeting

On February 14, I went to the Oval Office for a scheduled counterterrorism briefing of the President. He sat behind the desk and a group of us sat in a semi-circle of about six chairs facing him on the other side of the desk. The Vice President, Deputy Director of the CIA, Director of the National CounterTerrorism Center, Secretary of Homeland Security, the Attorney General, and I were in the semi-circle of chairs. I was directly facing the President, sitting between the Deputy CIA Director and the Director of NCTC. There were quite a few others in the room, sitting behind us on couches and chairs.
The President signaled the end of the briefing by thanking the group and telling them all that he wanted to speak to me alone. I stayed in my chair. As the participants started to leave the Oval Office, the Attorney General lingered by my chair, but the President thanked him and said he wanted to speak only with me. The last person to leave was Jared Kushner, who also stood by my chair and exchanged pleasantries with me. The President then excused him, saying he wanted to speak with me.
How James Comey is preparing for this moment

How James Comey is preparing for this moment 01:52
When the door by the grandfather clock closed, and we were alone, the President began by saying, “I want to talk about Mike Flynn.” Flynn had resigned the previous day. The President began by saying Flynn hadn’t done anything wrong in speaking with the Russians, but he had to let him go because he had misled the Vice President. He added that he had other concerns about Flynn, which he did not then specify.
The President then made a long series of comments about the problem with leaks of classified information — a concern I shared and still share. After he had spoken for a few minutes about leaks, Reince Priebus leaned in through the door by the grandfather clock and I could see a group of people waiting behind him. The President waved at him to close the door, saying he would be done shortly. The door closed.
The President then returned to the topic of Mike Flynn, saying, “He is a good guy and has been through a lot.” He repeated that Flynn hadn’t done anything wrong on his calls with the Russians, but had misled the Vice President. He then said, “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.” I replied only that “he is a good guy.” (In fact, I had a positive experience dealing with Mike Flynn when he was a colleague as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the beginning of my term at FBI.) I did not say I would “let this go.”
The President returned briefly to the problem of leaks. I then got up and left out the door by the grandfather clock, making my way through the large group of people waiting there, including Mr. Priebus and the Vice President.
I immediately prepared an unclassified memo of the conversation about Flynn and discussed the matter with FBI senior leadership. I had understood the President to be requesting that we drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in December. I did not understand the President to be talking about the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to his campaign. I could be wrong, but I took him to be focusing on what had just happened with Flynn’s departure and the controversy around his account of his phone calls. Regardless, it was very concerning, given the FBI’s role as an independent investigative agency.
The FBI leadership team agreed with me that it was important not to infect the investigative team with the President’s request, which we did not intend to abide. We also concluded that, given that it was a one-on-one conversation, there was nothing available to corroborate my account. We concluded it made little sense to report it to Attorney General Sessions, who we expected would likely recuse himself from involvement in Russia-related investigations. (He did so two weeks later.) The Deputy Attorney General’s role was then filled in an acting capacity by a United States Attorney, who would also not be long in the role. After discussing the matter, we decided to keep it very closely held, resolving to figure out what to do with it down the road as our investigation progressed. The investigation moved ahead at full speed, with none of the investigative team members — or the Department of Justice lawyers supporting them — aware of the President’s request.
Shortly afterwards, I spoke with Attorney General Sessions in person to pass along the President’s concerns about leaks. I took the opportunity to implore the Attorney General to prevent any future direct communication between the President and me. I told the AG that what had just happened — him being asked to leave while the FBI Director, who reports to the AG, remained behind — was inappropriate and should never happen. He did not reply. For the reasons discussed above, I did not mention that the President broached the FBI’s potential investigation of General Flynn.

March 30 Phone Call

On the morning of March 30, the President called me at the FBI. He described the Russia investigation as “a cloud” that was impairing his ability to act on behalf of the country. He said he had nothing to do with Russia, had not been involved with hookers in Russia, and had always assumed he was being recorded when in Russia. He asked what we could do to “lift the cloud.” I responded that we were investigating the matter as quickly as we could, and that there would be great benefit, if we didn’t find anything, to our having done the work well. He agreed, but then re-emphasized the problems this was causing him.
Then the President asked why there had been a congressional hearing about Russia the previous week — at which I had, as the Department of Justice directed, confirmed the investigation into possible coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign. I explained the demands from the leadership of both parties in Congress for more information, and that Senator Grassley had even held up the confirmation of the Deputy Attorney General until we briefed him in detail on the investigation. I explained that we had briefed the leadership of Congress on exactly which individuals we were investigating and that we had told those Congressional leaders that we were not personally investigating President Trump. I reminded him I had previously told him that. He repeatedly told me, “We need to get that fact out.” (I did not tell the President that the FBI and the Department of Justice had been reluctant to make public statements that we did not have an open case on President Trump for a number of reasons, most importantly because it would create a duty to correct, should that change.)
The President went on to say that if there were some “satellite” associates of his who did something wrong, it would be good to find that out, but that he hadn’t done anything wrong and hoped I would find a way to get it out that we weren’t investigating him.
In an abrupt shift, he turned the conversation to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, saying he hadn’t brought up “the McCabe thing” because I had said McCabe was honorable, although McAuliffe was close to the Clintons and had given him (I think he meant Deputy Director McCabe’s wife) campaign money. Although I didn’t understand why the President was bringing this up, I repeated that Mr. McCabe was an honorable person.
He finished by stressing “the cloud” that was interfering with his ability to make deals for the country and said he hoped I could find a way to get out that he wasn’t being investigated. I told him I would see what we could do, and that we would do our investigative work well and as quickly as we could.
Immediately after that conversation, I called Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente (AG Sessions had by then recused himself on all Russia-related matters), to report the substance of the call from the President, and said I would await his guidance. I did not hear back from him before the President called me again two weeks later.

April 11 Phone Call

On the morning of April 11, the President called me and asked what I had done about his request that I “get out” that he is not personally under investigation. I replied that I had passed his request to the Acting Deputy Attorney General, but I had not heard back. He replied that “the cloud” was getting in the way of his ability to do his job. He said that perhaps he would have his people reach out to the Acting Deputy Attorney General. I said that was the way his request should be handled. I said the White House Counsel should contact the leadership of DOJ to make the request, which was the traditional channel.
He said he would do that and added, “Because I have been very loyal to you, very loyal; we had that thing you know.” I did not reply or ask him what he meant by “that thing.” I said only that the way to handle it was to have the White
House Counsel call the Acting Deputy Attorney General. He said that was what he would do and the call ended.
That was the last time I spoke with President Trump.

“Dumb” Donald Trump Hangs Self

Well if your a gambler, Paddy Power is also offering 25 percent, or 3/1, odds on Trump’s impeachment happening in 2017.  With Ex FBI Director Comey’s written statement being released today, I ‘d take that bet.  Comey’s meticulous and detailed notes  can only be deemed as credible.

“I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go,’’ the president said, according to Comey. The FBI director replied only that “he is a good guy.’’

What a bone head. Trump doesn’t have the sense God gave a goose. He can’t even cover up stealing from his own foundations.  I know there are some hard core Trump followers out there, but…come on man, its time time to retire you red hats.

Comey said he understood the president to be asking for him to “drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in December. I did not understand the president to be talking about the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to his campaign.’’

                                                              Sing! Comey Sing!

He also expressed continued frustration that unsubstantiated allegations in a private dossier about him had become public, including lurid claims of sexual activity while in Russia.

“He said he had nothing to do with Russia, had not been involved with hookers in Russia, and had always assumed he had been recorded when in Russia,’’ Comey wrote.

Come on man. We all know there’s no bedroom olympics going on in the White House right now. Trump is congested, if you know what I mean.  The FBI is an independent branch of the government so contact from the President is seen as being suspicious.  Trump contacted Comey 9 times. Trump told him “I expect loyalty”.  Then all the sudden Comey is fired.

Fired FBI Director James B. Comey said President Trump told him at the White House “I need loyalty, I expect loyalty’’ in their private White House dinner conversation in January, according to written testimony prepared by Comey.

In written remarks submitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Wednesday — a day before his much-anticipated testimony — Comey said he remembered nine separate private conversations with President Trump. Three were in person and six on the phone.

Comey said the president called him at lunchtime on Jan. 27 to invite him to dinner.

Stay tuned Comey will testify tomorrow 9am EST.

The party is over, turn out the lights, stick a fork in it, its a done deal.  Meet your next President, Michael Richard Pence.

The experiment Donald J. Trump as President has failed as expected.  What else could have possible happened?  I predict old Donny will retire sometime this year and go to convfefeland aka Fantasy Island.  Sorry about the grammar, even spell check has no answer for Trumpology.  What went wrong?  I think the question should be what went right?  Look, the man is being eaten alive from the FBI, the Senate, Republicans, Democrats, left-wing, right-wing, media, circuit courts, ethnic groups, and Saturday Night Live.  The only person that hasn’t chewed a piece of that ass is his wife.  His son is law is getting butt pumped by Putin, he’s getting no nookie with Melania in NY, Ivanka is selling panties to China, no on wants to work for him, his staff is like the castaways from Gilligan’s Island, while North Korea is shooting missiles like it’s the 4th of July, and the Saudis gives him a Flava Flav medal of stupidity.  I can’t remember if he has ever told the truth, he doesn’t go to church, he has the KFC app on the executive cell phone, he can’t spell, he makes up words, and wtf is wrong with his fro? (thats hair to our light-skinned friends) He gives out his phone number like somebody wants it, and he’ll give you classified info if you’ll be his BFF.  Now he wants us to swim in polluted water, reintroduce black lung to coal miners, increase health care costs for the elderly, eliminate Medicaid, ban Muslims, tax cuts for the privileged and build a wall, while 39 people got shot in Chicago last weekend.

Who’s fault?

The Electoral College is the culprit.  Dirty Donny lost the popular which should mean something, right?  If you don’t know about the EC, read my last article in the archives section of this post.  Basically it was created in 1876 when only white men were allowed to vote, you know like Trump’s cabinet.  It’s basically designed to ensure your vote does not count if you live in the wrong state.

Solution?

Good luck amending the Constitution which still has slave talk in it.  Do your homework people.  My God, Trump would be unemployable if he had to find work like you and I.  As a Manager in charge of hiring, he would be a poster child of how not act when seeking employment.  He couldn’t work with women, brown skins, Muslims or anyone he finds unattractive or pleasantly plump.  No, no, no…discrimination, out you go!  Dirty Donny was controversial from the start.  He lacks poise, dignity and resourcefulness.  A little charisma, intelligence and experience would help also.  Dude is creepy if you ask me, and definitely does not come of as being genuine.  Most importantly, there is nothing cool about this guy.  I know he can’t dunk, never seen him bobbing his head to hip hop or any music, he doesn’t drink, zero cool points.  I think he needs a fatty.  Simply put, if it walks like duck flip your ticket folks.  I’m out…..Mandela!

Donald J. Trump- Hell to the Naw!

In retrospect of some of my peers concerns, I am not party affiliated, not a Democrat nor Republican.  I don’t believe you should limit your options based on a party you belong to or favor.  If you ever wondered what would happen if we elected a President who wasn’t politically correct, well you got the answer.  He now is the first President Elect to have an approval rating under 50%.  He has the right ideas, but he is the wrong person to implement them.  Look, Donnie hung himself long before he was elected.  Did we forget the dozen or so women who have charged him with sexual misconduct (“grab them by the pussy, you can do anything”)?  Is this the language and behavior we now deem acceptable (unless your Bill Cosby)?  The important thing to understand about this transition is the behavior of Trump, and his words. There are some who say Trump is smart.  I have my reservations on that, because if there is one thing in life we all know, is you don’t piss off women.  For those who think Democrats are just poor losers, I say you are people who have bought into or haven’t educated themselves to a discrepancy in our election process.46362719

                                                         The Electoral College

The Electoral College  was developed in the 1787 Constitutional Convention at Philadelphia.  I don’t know if you are keeping up on current events but it’s now 2017.  What was life like in 1787?  Over 600,000 Americans, roughly 20% of the total population, were black, and most of them were slaves. 90% of them lived in the south, almost all of them on plantations, large and small. Your society is more rigidly stratified than in the future, as many people were granted certain offices in power by right of birth. In other words, it was difficult to rise from rags to riches in 1787. You rarely traveled very far or very often due to the size of the nation and the lack of decent roads (Steamboats were the next big thing in transportation). Only the wealthy, merchants and business can afford the time and money to visit big cities. You and most Americans lived in a world that was mainly rural. Cities were small, with only New York and Philadelphia at populations over 25,000. You probably lived in a small wooden frame house, cooking over a large fireplace, relaxed in simple and sparse furniture, and enjoyed infrequent and self-created entertainment. Blacks, and women were not allowed to vote.  The Electoral College wasn’t written for a technologically advanced America, blacks or women.  Only white men. Voting is not a right, but a privilege granted or withheld at the discretion of local and state governments. We are the only country that has this process, it’s basically a loop-hole.  One of the problems with this system is your vote doesn’t count if you’re in the wrong state. Example: If you are a Democrat living in Texas, a Republican safe state, your vote wont matter if you vote for Democrats.   What ever happened to the majority vote wins?  Majority means  more than half the votes. It is the binary decision rule used most often in influential decision-making bodies, including the legislatures of democratic nations. If most Americans vote for one person, however the other person wins, why don’t we see this as a problem?   The people should elect their President not a process. Our fist order of business is to repeal this process.

“Repeal requires a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress, followed by three fourths of the states. In raw numbers, that means 67 senators, 290 representatives, and 38 states must vote in favor of an amendment. Since 1787, approximately 10,000 amendments have been proposed, and only 27 have ever been ratified. Bills to repeal have now been  introduced by Sen. Barbara Boxer and Rep. Steve Cohen, but they are a long way from ratification. If repeal is to happen, advocates must get organized and develop a national campaign strategy.” ( Marisa Richmond)

                                                              Going forward

I have watched the inauguration, the Galas and even the National Prayer service this morning.  Trump’s body language at the Prayer service was very revealing.  He was more interested in waving his to his friends, than in the service.  His arms were folded across his chest suggesting this was not important to him. When reading the program he looked confused and bored. The bottom line is Trump is a narcissist. He lives in a bubble and does not come off as being sincere, dignified, or poised.  He is insensitive to any community outside his own.  Its time to recycle our Constitution, which wasn’t written for the majority of this nation.

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for admiration and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that’s vulnerable to the slightest criticism. A narcissistic personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial affairs. You may be generally unhappy and disappointed when you’re not given the special favors or admiration you believe you deserve. Others may not enjoy being around you, and you may find your relationships unfulfilling.

                                                                   The Wall

Will we build a wall and have Mexico pay for it?  Well, if we listen to the former Mexican President, it would be very uncomfortable to stick a wall where he believes it should be.

TRUMP, when will you understand that I am not paying for that fucken wall. Be clear with US tax payers. They will pay for it.

So let it be written..

Child Support: The destruction of the family unit

I have been wanting to write an article about child support for some time. This law is out dated, not very well written and has to be one the worst laws ever.  Parents have been killed over child support and child custody issues. It may sound like a good idea, but it has not been thought through. The fallout, ramifications and consequences have been ignored for years.  It contributes to unemployment, restraining orders, animosity and tension, your ability to find and keep work, increases the jail population, increases government assistance cases, and severs the relationship with the child or children. It is over enforced with penalties like no other law.  It changes your life for the worst.  Even the wealthy like athletes  or actors have gone bankrupt over child support. It is public enemy #1 when it comes to raising children, period paragraph end of report.  I offer my solutions and share my personal experiences with this troublesome law. It is time for a change, please read this article I wrote some time ago and watch the short clip afterwords. It will change how you feel about child support.

I know this may raise some eyebrows . We have got to learn to think outside the box. Most of the time, bad laws only help lawyers. Child support should be removed from the court system if you were married in a church. It should be the parent’s or church’s responsibility to settle child support matters not the judicial system, who only knows how to punish people, and keep lawyers pockets full. Why give a moral or social issue to a court system who jails more people than any other country in the world?  Most churches have qualified personnel and counselors already in place to take on this task. The funding for Child Enforcement Units should also go to the church.  If a child is born out-of-wedlock, there should not be any ordered child support. Responsible and mature parents don’t need or want “the system” in their lives. This will stop career child support parents. If an un-wed couple have a child or children and then split up, they should be held accountable for their actions, not the court. Why is any enforcement needed?  It wasn’t the government’s mistake.  It wasn’t the church’s mistake. The couple chose the person they were with so they should be responsible for the decisions they made. This is what churches are for.  My ex has four kids from four different fathers, she doesn’t have to work she lives off child support. Child support puts a strain on families, especially for the non custodial parent if they remarry. Child support is prejudicial towards the non-custodial parent, their pay checks are garnished, can go to jail, their tax refund taken away, their credit is ruined or even have their license suspended. I’m not done yet, despite double jeopardy, you can be jailed more than once for slow or missing payments . How do you monitor what the custodial parent is contributing? What is their punishment for not supporting the child/children?  Why is the non custodial parent treated like a criminal? None of these punishments have the best interest of the child in mind. These punishments impair the NC parent’s ability to earn a living for themselves let alone a child. If you go to jail and you rent a home, you will lose your home, your job, your car, and your possessions. What about the unpaid light bill, the cable bill, internet, gas, and water when you get out? You now have to pay all these delinquent accounts before you can start services again. All your property, clothes, and furnishings were put on the curb for others to enjoy. You will also have to pay some steep deposits fees to restart your accounts. You’ve taken some negative credit report hits. You are starting over, but child support does not account for this and continues to grow. You are homeless with no possessions, and now labeled a dead beat parent by society. By the time you get back on your feet again, another warrant has already been issued for missing payments.  A vicious cycle, a no win situation, and there is nothing you can do about it. The philosophical call this insanity. My question is how does the child benefit from all this?  It is obvious this is not a well thought out law. Child support should end at age 18, despite arrears. Some people don’t get paid for vacations, being out sick, pregnancy, hospitalized, jailed or unemployed. None of these issues are taken in consideration when it is ordered. Missing child support payments is not supposed to be a criminal offense its civil, however, the court system is slick, they call it contempt, so they can jail you. I have went to jail even though I was paying child support because of the months I was unemployed in the past. Clifford Hall from Houston, TX faced jail time even though his payments were up to date. The Judge ordered him to pay 3k for his ex’s attorney’s fees and 6 months in jail. Once again not in the best interest of the child, neither are the courts. We are not supposed to go to jail for debts, The system is broken. Non custodial parents have a right to quality of life. If you over paid in taxes, child support will take your refund. My ex goes to Vegas and cruises with my overpaid income tax refund, doesn’t matter if your homeless. Arrears can be classified as alimony after the child hits age 18 or 19. In my case the child is 19 and GI (Navy). The mother has remarried, and had another child, so the arrears does not go to the person it was designed for. It goes to her new family. You may say, arrears make up for the times you didn’t pay. I didn’t get paid the month I missed from work with an infection on my hand so bad they wanted to amputate my finger. I wasn’t paid for the time I spent looking for work after 3 layoffs. I wasn’t paid for the time the judge put me in jail (while employed and paying), and the time it took to find another job. I wasn’t paid when I was homeless due to garnishments, I wasn’t able to take care of myself. True story, Kay Simpson, someone I worked for in Clermont, FL had to give me a check for $1, yes, one dollar, after child support. One hundred pennies to pay your rent, car note, insurance, utilities, and food. I sought out the church for help and ended up managing a transitional home for homeless men. I received amenities, housing, use of a car and a small salary, $200 a month, which is not unusual to receive a small salary working for a 501c3.  The courts don’t recognize your community service and wont lessen your monthly obligations no mater what your Separation Agreement states or what your current income is.  Truth, an ordained Reverend was jailed for delinquent child support because of the career path he chose.  Modifying your child support is a joke. Despite the changes of my income (%70 less of original income) The judge refused to modify to a lesser amount, not once but 3 times. Some states base it on earning potential, not the actual salary being made, which is just like alimony. They don’t take in consideration technology, the wheel has already been invented, people don’t use rotary phones anymore, careers change over time. It is unreasonable to expect someone to run to the court to try to modify their child support order every time there is a change in one’s financial status.  Sound like probation to me.  What type of intellect should we expect?  We all know by now, It’s not about justice, just money.  What is the purpose of suspending one’s drivers license?  How in the hell does that help anything but put money in the courts pockets by having the victim pay the state to get their license reinstated. Remember, many smaller cities have no public transportation. How does going to jail help anything?  It doesn’t do anything for the child, but the jail does receive funding for each inmate they house. Plus the money they receive from what the victim spends on food, clothing etc. One shouldn’t have to pay for child support if they are receiving government assistance, which means they are already at the poverty level. This is another problem with the law. If a person is unable to take care of oneself, they will need to get government assistance for food, rent and utility assistance, which is what the law is supposed prevent the custodial parent from doing. It is unreasonable to expect a person to maintain 18 or 19 years of monthly child support with all the changes one goes through life. It is impossible to know how much it takes to raise a child due to different social statuses. Judges are human not Gods. They make mistake also, however they are not held accountable for their actions and poor decisions.  Your honor my ass, I honor God only.  You are not allowed a lawyer in child support cases. You are not read your rights.  You can’t enter a plea of not guilty.  You are not allowed to prepare, prove or present your case. Thats not law, it’s a dictatorship. Why am I bitter toward child support judges?  Well when I was employed, and paying child support, I was arrested for missing some payments in the past and a warrant was active. When incarcerated, I spoke to a gentlemen who had the same issue, except he was unemployed and set free the same day. The judge gave him 30 days to pay $500, she gave me 60 days in jail. After you spend your time in jail, the not so funny thing is, the only times I haven’t paid my obligation was the time periods I spent looking for work. Four of those times was after being jailed for missing child support payments. Remember they know this, they garnish your checks when you are working for they have access to your employment earnings. As a matter of fact you can have your paychecks garnished, have you license suspended, a negative entry on your credit report, a hold on your bank account, be in jail, and tax refund taken away all at the same time. So now what do NC parents do? They have to survive so they have to find lesser paying jobs maybe even one that pays under the table so they can try to pay off all the debt they have accumulated. A good job is out of the question,  employers  do a background and credit check now days. They drive to work with their license suspended, hoping not to get caught. Some may sell drugs, some may use drugs. They live on the street, in shelters, commit suicide. Some steal, some even kill. Some seek marriage, hoping an extra income will help east their demise. Most parents love and are willing to do everything they can to support their children. They don’t need any type of enforcement. It is one of the most abused laws (along with restraining orders) on the books. Money doesn’t raise children, parents do. If they enforced my visitation rights like child support I would have not missed seeing my daughter for the past nine years and counting. You see they enforce child support no matter what state you move to, but not your visitation rights. It is not wise to remarry when you owe child support, you are just increasing the burden on yourself and your new spouse. Do I need to continue? Supporting children are a moral obligation not just a financial one. This is a huge problem that has a significant impact on the economy of this country, and further over crowds the jail system.

In Scandinavia, child custody is usually worked out between the parents and children. Money has a small or no influence on child custody decisions, because child support is a small, fixed amount to cover the basic needs of the child, not the needs of the parent. The is no financial windfall if one parent obtains primary custody, because the amount of child support generally does not exceed the cost of raising the child. Moreover, shared custody arrangements are common.

The following is taken from the Swedish government publication “Swedish Courts“:

“If the parents are married with each other, they both have custody of the child.

If the parents get married after the child’s birth, custody normally becomes joint as of the marriage.

The joint custody also continues in most cases if the parents get divorced.”

The U.S. system, in contrast, creates perverse financial incentives to “win” primary child custody. In the U.S., the “primary custodial parent” is awarded an amount of money that is in proportion to the non-custodial parent’s income, even if this amount is in vast excess of what is needed to raise the child. Moreover, the more custody time awarded to the custodial parent, the larger the child support payments. U.S courts have thus created a financial incentive for parents to fight over custody time.

By eliminating the financial incentive to “win” custody, the Scandinavians have taken the “fight” out of custody arrangements. Parents generally agree to a common sense arrangement that works for the family. Only rarely do Scandinavians hire lawyers or go to court because of a disagreement involving custody. U.S. Child support is the most destructive and over enforced law ever written.

What you need to Know about Racism and the African American Culture

This definition comes from Wikipedia:

Racism consists of ideologies and practices that seek to justify, or cause, the unequal distribution of privileges, rights, or goods amongst, or otherwise exhibit hatred or prejudice towards, different racial groups. It is often based on a desire to dominate or a belief in the inferiority of another race. Modern variants are often based in social perceptions of biological differences between people. These can take the form of social actions, practices or beliefs, or political systems that consider different races to be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to each other, based on presumed shared inheritable traits, abilities, or qualities. It may also hold that members of different races should be treated differently.

African American Culture

African American, also referred to as Black American or Afro-American, is an ethnic group of citizens or residents of the United States with total or partial ancestry from any of the native populations of Sub-Saharan Africa. The term may also be used to include only those individuals who are descended from enslaved Africans. The problem here is most African Americans cannot tell you anything about their ancestry in Africa.  The truth is, there is no African American Culture, they have no identity.  I don’t know where in Africa my family came from.  I do know most of them now live in Kansas, or Colorado.  I have no relatives in Africa that I am aware of.  Yes, we have at one time or another tried to incorporated some African traditions such as Kwanzaa, into our lives.  Some have even worn Kente cloth or Dashiki outfits.dashikiKente Cloth

What happened?  It is difficult to relate to something you know nothing about.  What happened was the black population rejected the African association.  Now we see this.

urbanwear

street wear

This is a race trying to find an identity and their place in America.  They have adapted to the American culture by infusing their own brand of music, their own style of clothing, their own economic system, and sometimes their own style of justice.

Exactly How “Black” Are African Americans?

* According to Ancestry.com, the average African American is 65 percent sub-Saharan African, 29 percent European and 2 percent Native American.

* According to 23andme.com, the average African American is 75 percent sub-Saharan African, 22 percent European and only 0.6 percent Native American.

* According to Family Tree DNA.com, the average African American is 72.95 percent sub-Saharan African, 22.83 percent European and 1.7 percent Native American.

* According to National Geographic’s Genographic Project, the average African American is 80 percent sub-Saharan African, 19 percent European and 1 percent Native American.

* According to AfricanDNA, the average African American is 79 percent sub-Saharan African, 19 percent European and 2 percent Native American.

This is probably the most important thing for All Americans to know.

“this finding is important because it deconstructs the very American notion of biologically “fixed races” that our society inherited from the racist pseudoscience of the 18th century and drew upon to justify slavery and the property rights of masters who fathered children with their slaves (Henry Louis Gates Jr).

Fact is African Americans genomes are dramatically comprised of European ancestry. They also have very little Indian ancestry ( 0.5 to 2%)  despite the claim of their great grandmother’s long straight hair, and fair skin color.  Truth is there was very little interaction between Native Americans and African American’s.  I am African American, but was often confused as Latino, or Puerto Rican during my stay in Florida, due to my hair texture and skin color. Very few African Americans are pure 100% sub-Saharan African.

Lets re-visit racism.  Racism is ignorance, due to a lack of education, exposure in diverse environments, cultures and history.  We are all mixed, whether you like it or not.  If one person dies in this country, we all bleed, we all have the same genetic makeup, and are all from the same race…human.  So let it be written….

The Truth About Online Dating

•September 1, 2015 • Leave a Comment

sexy-girl-animated-gif-11

I ran a transitional facility in Clermont, FL for homeless men.  In this facility the men could not drink or do drugs.   They had to attend church services and/or addiction programs to help them get back on their feet (spiritual rehab).  The homeless in 2015 are not the same as the homeless in the past.  Some of these men had degrees, some were well known musicians etc..  As they recovered from what ever got them there, one thing showed up more than any.  They were all lonely.  Either abandoned/kicked out or left their situation on their own.  I set up 3 computers in this facility to help them with job searches, constructing resumes, and keeping in contact with their families.  Now, I knew what they were doing on the computers because  of a mirror program installed on my computer in the office.  I could see in real time what they were up to.  I found the number one distraction on the internet for these men was online dating.  They were lured by sexy, hot women in bikini’s, professional looking women, and the girl next door.   Don’t trip, the  porn sites were secured.  I knew what these dating sites were about after my first marriage.  True, Match.com, Christian Singles, Adult Dating, you name it.  I quickly found out a pattern to these sites.  Dig it..

Dating sites are out to make money, period.  They are not interested in your success, just the dollars.

They are all free to join.  You can post a profile, some pictures, tell how superficial your are and give out a laundry list of unrealistic expectations.  I wanna real man, he has to knows how to treat a lady, I like dogs, restaurants, traveling, the movies, popcorn and sucking toes.  Gimme a break, if it was that simple what you doing here?  When it comes to actually contacting someone, that’s a different story.  You see, your free membership doesn’t insure you can talk to someone your interested in, unless you upgrade your membership.  One example is from the now infamous OKCupid .  It’s free to join, but only the full membership paying clients are able to contact you.  Problem is, if you do not have a full membership you will not be able to respond to a full paying member.  Don’t believe me? Ask your local congressman.  Sounds like peer pressure to me.   I was on a 3 day trial on the Adult Finder site, cost me $1.95.  You know the drill, cancel after 3 days or be charged $39.99 monthly.  Damn, how long does it take to get a date on this..mofo?, was my first thought.  Okay time to set up your profile.  Now you find and post your Mr. Macho picture from high school, knowing your older than dinosaur doo doo.  You lie about your age, because you believe people your age don’t look as good as you do.  Com’on you with me?  Some how your lifestyle has suddenly changed.  Now all the sudden you like country music, wildlife, camping, sailing and reading books.  I hear the giggling already.  You are now honest an sincere, and ready to settle down.  Alright, you got all your BS posted, now you wait.

alarm-hareketli

And wait. It’s like fishing, you throw your line in the water, and wait to see if your prey takes the bait.  Whoa!  Got a bite.  A 24 year wants me to contact her on a different site, hence, the alarm.  If your game, you go to the site and find out you have to pay there also.  You also find out its a porn site.  This may turn some people on, but uhh, I have no interest in a female who still has milk in their eyes, and thinks they can get by in life by flashing boobs, and having a two word vocabulary, ooh and baby.  Men with daughters, as myself, understand what I’m talking about here.  Then all the sudden I get a whole bunch of winks, hook up requests, emails an profile views.  Dude, I’m Hot!  Cool your coals Rambo, that’s staff.  You see there is staff working on these dating sites who contact you with flirts, winks, hello’s, and we should talk emails.  You will only see them once, and it will be during your trial period, Their mission is to bait you into a membership so you can talk back to the people that have contacted you.   When I revealed this to the guys,  it was kind of sad because a couple of the guys really fell hard. This is why we frown on relationships during recovery.

There are some success stories (I read) but I haven’t personally witness anyone having a positive result from an online dating service.

You can have this work for you if you take control of your destiny.  In your profile, about you, let the profile peepers know you need off site contact info if they are interested.  Tell them you have a limited membership and you can’t email them back.  The staff cannot censor an email, but they can censor your profile.  If you have had no success after lets say 30 days. You probably need to find another option, don’t keep wasting your money.

Technology is great, but it has no place in the dating game.  We have senses for a reason, you remember.  Sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing. When is the last time your heard those words.  So let it be written.
